Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • In the same condition as when you received them

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or final sale items (these will be clearly marked on the product page).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our Louisville-based team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You can expect:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your desired replacement item in your initial email. We will ship your new item once the return is received and approved. Exchanges are subject to availability.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark return packages as “gifts” or with a reduced value.

Damaged or Defective Items
