Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Silk Bloom purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In the same condition as when received

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or final sale items (clearly marked on product pages).

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and return details.
  2. Get Approval: Our Louisville-based team will review your request and email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

Please indicate your desired replacement item in your initial email. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
